Services

A buying house earns its margin in the boring parts.

Anyone can introduce you to a factory. The value is in what happens after the order is placed — and that is the part we staff for.

01

Sourcing & Merchandising

We match each style to the factory that actually builds it best — by machinery, not by whoever is free.

02

Design & Development

Tech pack interpretation, fabric and trim sourcing, counter samples and fit sets until the style is right.

03

Production Follow-up

Daily line monitoring against a shipment plan, with problems raised while they are still fixable.

04

Quality Assurance

Inline and final AQL inspection by our own QC staff, independent of the factory.

05

Compliance Support

Factory audit preparation and documentation so your social and technical audits pass first time.

06

Shipping & Logistics

Booking, documentation and Incoterms handling through to your nominated forwarder.

How we work

Six steps, each with a date attached.

  1. 01

    Enquiry & tech pack

You send styles, quantities and target price. We confirm what is feasible.

  2. 02

    Costing & factory fit

We quote against a specific factory, not an average, and explain the cost drivers.

  3. 03

    Sampling

Proto, fit and PP samples, with comments consolidated in one thread.

  4. 04

    Order execution

Fabric booking, trim in-house, line loading — all against a dated plan.

  5. 05

    Inspection

Inline checks during production, final AQL before we release the shipment.

  6. 06

    Shipment & after-sales

Documents, dispatch, and a post-delivery review of what to change next season.

Why buyers stay

The difference is who the quality controller reports to.

You get one point of contact

One merchandiser owns your account end to end. No re-explaining your programme to a new name each week.

Our QC is not the factory's QC

Inspection staff report to us, not to the unit making your goods. That is the whole point of a buying house.

Costing you can interrogate

Fabric, trim, CM and freight shown separately, so you can see exactly where a price moves.

Written updates, on a schedule

A production status report every week with dates, not reassurance.

Realistic minimums

We tell you the true MOQ for your fabric before you build a range around a number that does not exist.

Both offices are ours

Uttara for merchandising, Ashulia at the production belt — close enough to be on the floor the same day.

Compliance

We place orders only in factories that can survive your audit.

Every unit we nominate is checked for social and technical compliance before your first sample is cut. We prepare the documentation, walk the floor ahead of your auditor, and will decline an order rather than place it somewhere that will fail you later.

Standards held by our partner factories:

  • BSCI
  • WRAP
  • Sedex / SMETA
  • ISO 9001
  • OEKO-TEX
  • GOTS
  • GRS
  • Accord / RSC

Start a programme

Send us a style, a quantity and a target price.

That is genuinely all we need to come back with a real number. If you have a tech pack, attach it by email — if you have a sketch and a reference garment, that works too.
